We conduct investigations and trainings for educational institutions and workplaces to prevent and respond to sexual misconduct and discrimination.

Investigations in higher education institutions

We work with university and college administrators and their general counsels to investigate allegations on and off campus both among and between employees and students.  We also act as hearing panel chairs and advisors to parties.  Matters include:
  • Allegations of sexual misconduct including sexual assault and sexual harassment
  • Title IX and Title VII discrimination
  • Disability, age, race/ethnicity, gender (including LGBTQ+ issues) and religious harassment and discrimination
  • Hazing and bullying (including cyberbullying and sexting)
  • Investigations involving affiliated groups (e.g. student organizations, athletics, campus employers, Greek life)

Investigations in K-12 educational programs (independent and public schools, camps and extracurricular programs)

We collaborate with K-12 educational institutions and their general counsels to investigate issues both among and between employees and students such as:
  • Allegations of sexual misconduct including sexual assault and sexual harassment
  • Title IX and Title VII discrimination
  • Disability, age, race/ethnicity, gender (including LGBTQ+ issues) and religious harassment and discrimination
  • Hazing and bullying (including cyberbullying and sexting)
  • Investigations involving affiliated groups (e.g. student clubs, sports teams, camps)

Investigations in businesses, municipalities and non-profit organizations

We work with businesses, municipalities, nonprofit organizations and other entities and their general counsels to aid in their internal investigations for issues among peers and between staff and consumers such as:
  • Allegations of sexual misconduct including sexual harassment and sexual assault
  • Title VII discrimination Race/ethnicity, gender (including LGBTQ+ issues), age, religion and disability harassment and discrimination
  • Medical/Mental Health Provider-Patient abuse
  • Clergy abuse

Training and Consulting services
